  • MADE IN HOUSE USING 100% GLUTEN FREE INGREDIENTS

  • PRESSED BY HAND ON A SEPARATE MARBLE SURFACE TO OUR REGULAR PIZZA TO CREATE OUR GLUTEN-FREE BASE

OUR GLUTEN-FREE BASE IS THEN......

  • BAKED IN OUR PIZZA OVEN ALONGSIDE OUR REGULAR PIZZA (WE ONLY HAVE ONE OVEN)

  • BAKED ON PERFORATED TRAYS MEANING IT WILL HAVE SOME CONTACT WITH THE OVEN FLOOR (THIS IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THEY ARE PROPERLY BAKED)

 OUR KITCHEN IS A VERY FLOURY ENVIRONMENT AND, THEREFORE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RULE OUT CONTAMINATION OF OUR GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA FROM WHEAT FLOUR.

WE CANNOT, UNDER FOOD SAFETY RULES, SAY THAT ANY OF OUR GLUITEN-FREE PRODUCTS ARE CERTIFIED GLUTEN-FREE. ONLY THAT THEY ARE MADE FROM GLUTEN-FREE INGREDIENTS
